How we started

The RealManage operating history goes back more than 30 years through our various acquisitions and branch operations. The brand and vision as we serve it today was initially conceived in 2002 and launched in 2004 with our initial acquisition of a highly successful property management company in Austin, Texas. Since then we have grown rapidly through other acquisitions and branch openings across the country to rank as one of the top three HOA management companies in the nation.

We have maintained a sharp focus on creating a unique advantage with its significant investment in its world-class, proprietary software and best-practices services platform that has enabled the company to grow rapidly since its founding into one of the top management companies in the U.S.

After a groundswell of interest from other condominium and HOA management companies and self-managed on-site large-scale associations in licensing the RealManage software and its on-demand “back-office” services, we decided to spin off our central services group that includes all of its software, resident service center, financial management, collections, and disclosure functions into a separate operation called CiraConnect.

In 2015, we launched our specialty luxury lifestyle division called GrandManors.  GrandManors provides a white-glove service to those communities that are highly amenitized, lifestyle-orientated with multiple on-site staff.
