Maintaining a positive mindset with a positive attitude has been the backbone of his professional and personal success. Chad enjoys spending time with his family and is excited about his twin girls on the way. He also enjoys taking on new leadership roles at church when given the opportunity. His hobbies include anything sports related as he loves to be active as well.
