Subsequent to an account referral and notification, the firm will have real-time access to member / property owner account information including mailed statements / notices, account transactions, collection notes, property owner notes and community governing documents. The Attorney Portal allows firms to “self-serve” to quickly and easily access information to collect delinquent accounts on the community’s behalf.
