We handle everything from collecting and posting assessments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, managing the general ledger, and budgeting and forecasting, to the preparation of monthly and year-end financial reports.
We assist with the application of insurance policies and maintain a database of expiration dates to coordinate policy renewals. File insurance claims, coordinate with adjusters, and more!
We assist board members with the preparation of bid specification, analyze proposals, selection of vendors, scheduling and monitoring of work, invoice approval, and payment processing.
We maintain the association restriction information database and monitor the property for compliance with restrictions. Notifications to owners of violations are delivered via standard notices and a violation log is maintained.
All community information is accessible to the board of directors 24x7 via our proprietary Board Portal which is accessible via the web or our mobile app.
We coordinate information required for any State or Federal returns working with the respective CPA firm, maintain property tax accounts, identifiers, and tax invoice payments, along with preparation of W-2s and 1099s.
We receive requests from owners, submit information to the committee along with suggestions, and inform the owner of the final determination of their request. All ACC/ARC files are visible to the Board via the Board Portal.

SaraMarie joined the Austin office in September 2019. As a board member of her own HOA in Cedar Park for more than 5 years and a current ACC member, she appreciates the significant impact community managers have on their communities. In 2021, SaraMarie was awarded the prestigious honor of being selected as Portfolio Manager of the Year for the CAI Austin.
In addition to her experience as an HOA board and committee member, SaraMarie's base of knowledge stems from her studies of applied arts and sciences. During that time, SaraMarie focused her two capstone projects on effectively running an HOA as a business and writing a handbook with best practices for HOA board members.
SaraMarie is a Certified Public Manager in the state of Texas and earned the international designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations. SaraMarie serves on several committees of the Austin Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI), including education, editorial, and chairs the 2022 CAVL (community association volunteer leaders) Committee.
