Comprehensive Professional Training and Licensing

Community managers are vitally important to the communities they serve, and providing skills and expertise is essential to the successful management of any association. RealManage requires all management staff to be licensed with the appropriate state licensing boards as well as completing certification courses with The Community Association Institute. 

 

Formal Industry Specific Training

RealManage requires staff to be licensed with at least a CMCA® from CAI; however many staff hold additional designations such as.

  • CMCA® - Certified Manager of Community Associations is the only national certification program designed exclusively for managers of homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives.
  • AMS® - Association Management Specialist demonstrates a higher level of commitment to the community association industry and requires more than two years of active practice.
  • PCAM® - Professional Community Association Manager is the highest designation available nation to managers who specialize in community association management.
  • AAMC® - Accredited Association Management Company demonstrates a company's commitment to providing the unique and diverse services that a community association may need.


Ongoing Education

In addition to the training provided by industry experts, RealManage hosts internal training and has a team dedicated to training any on-site staff.

  • Senior level staff have 20+ years of experience in community management
  • State specific licensing required includes LCAM in Florida and CCAM in California
  • Internal experts in Accounting, Law, Insurance and more provide monthly training and annual requirements for all on-site staff
