Estes Park Subdivision is a nice neighborhood, which is well kept weekly with a landscaping service in the warm months and has a snow removal service for winter months. It is the people that make up an organization. They interface with the clients and how they interact leaves a lasting impression of the organization on the client. By all accounts, Kris Kucera does a splendid job representing Real Manage. Over the past few months we have been going through some personal turmoil as our son was hospitalized and had to be admitted to the ICU UNIT in Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst, Illinois. My wife and I are the owners of a unit in Fountain Sq. But we live in Massachusetts. During this turmoil we missed some deadlines from Real Manage which we have subsequently taken care of. Kris did not know anything about our personal issues but the way she interacted with us through the many emails that were exchanged was truly professional. Her response time was fast and always answered all our question. She even went a step further by explaining why RealManage or the Board needed some documents. My wife and I could not have asked for a more efficient person to deal with. Kudos to Kris and to RealManage for hiring employees like Kris!
