I cant speak for the company as a whole but the CAM that is responsible for our HOA is Brinda Foster and she is an absolute treat to work with. She took over for a couple other CAM's that didnt seem to give a hoot... it has been challenging but together through Brinda's leadership and coaching we are not only getting our community into better financial status but we are building for the future of our community. She is in constant communication with myself and the rest of the board and works tirelessly to forward our community. Thank you Brinda for the pride and professionalism you show in our community as well as going above and beyond for us! This review is regarding a real estate transaction. My client had a week of Murphy's Law, ending with the discovery late Friday afternoon that they needed an estoppel certificate for the following Tuesday. The Rush orders turn-around time is 5 business days. This instance gave me under 3 business days to process and send the certificate to my client. I placed the rush estoppel order, and immediately sent an email to their customer service department. Karina A. replied within a few minutes stating she would work on the estoppels (yes, the property is in two associations) right away. I sent her the required signed form. By 7:32 p.m., on Friday, 6/16, Karina provided BOTH completed estoppel certificates. Thank you, Karina, for your outstanding assistance in this urgent situation! Janet R.
