Our community manager with RealManage and has been a pleasure to work with and represents the company well. She's responsive to my emails and calls dealing with our community issues. She has worked well with our residents to work through and resolve any of their issues. She shows up to our meetings monthly to go over our accounts and any board or resident issues. We've been with them since 2013 and when we signed the contract they worked hard to bring our delinquencies down to 13%. We have 501 homes in our community and they work diligently to work with past-due residents. When we've had concerns they are open to discuss to make changes. I highly recommend them for any community.

I have worked with some HOA management companies in my old homes and always had a bad experience, but I dealt with RealManage with some questions that I had and they really worked hard to help me out. I recently had some billing questions when I moved into my new condo and I called the local office for help. Within a day they had talked me through the billing process, emailed me my statement, and they helped clear up any questions I had regarding that. The manager was incredibly friendly and even talked me through some of the upcoming events which will be happening in my community. Normally I get a bit nervous dealing with HOA management companies as I have been burned in the past, but I think RealManage is doing great and I look forward to seeing what else they will do in our community.
