About the Awards

It's easy for us to quantify and recognize some achievements, like sales and retention, but we also want to celebrate the team members who make it all possible.

That's where we need your help! 

To the right you will see a completely anonymous form where you can nominate the people you want to see recognized for their hard work and commitment to excellence. Please also provide a short, one or two sentences, on why you are nominating them for the below award categories:

Unsung Hero - This individual works incredibly hard for our company, day in and day out, but has not been in the spotlight or maybe has not been recognized on a large scale.

Rising Star - This individual is "On-the-Rise" in our company or industry and has demonstrated their considerable talents and efforts toward improving our company.

Mark Deen Award - This individual most embodies the core values of our company (Personal Relationships, Always Improving, Respect, Integrity and Selflessness) to the level that our dear late friend, Mark Deen, did.

Corporate Department of the Year - This department is a part of the internal teams that support all of our brands and has been integral in our success from behind the scenes.

Shared Services Department of the Year - This department, regardless of brand, supports not only our clients and vendors, but also our internal teams and have gone above and beyond to ensure the highest quality level of service has been met.

Your nominations will be reviewed by the executives before winners are selected and announcements are made in early February. We know there are a lot of amazing people in our organization but please try to nominate only one person or department per category.
