Welcome to the RealManage Green Communities Center. We are on the forefront of “greening” the HOAs and Condominium Associations that we manage.
Our operating philosophy is 'Best People, Best Practices and Best Technology' and it is definitely a best practice for us all to be good stewards of the resources of our residents and our communities.
The RealManage green communities initiative is a multi-faceted program that translates into lower operating costs and a lower environmental impact for the communities we manage under our HOA management and condo management services. Our program includes the evaluation and implementation of initiatives that are bearable, viable and equitable for all the community constituents including the residents, the board, the management company, and the vendors, as well as the environmental and economic impact.
RealManage offers a unique portal system for all key constituents (board members, residents, title agents, realtors, etc.) that provides community, account and transaction information electronically, rather than in printed form, to lower the environmental impact and lower the total cost of management. We have also developed several best practice white papers that offer our clients tips and tactics on how to lower the cost and environmental impact of their community's operations.
